One of the original founding members of AEW - "The Cleaner", "The Best Bout Machine", "The God of Professional Wrestling" - Kenny Omega has spent more of his life wrestling and being known as one of the best to ever do it. The 3rd ever AEW World Champion cheated his way to his first reign, and after a heavy bout of diverticulitis and now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel of his career in sight, was more motivated than ever to prove he still had what it took to become AEW Champion the right way. With the support and motivation from his friends (especially including Will), he achieved his goal by besting MJF earlier this year at Beach Break. With defences along the way, Kenny has slowly become more antagonistic towards Ospreay, but with such an epic series of matches in their history, he's clearly driven to hold onto his title and continue to prove he's still at the top.

After suffering an attack from The Death Riders and 7 months recovering from critical neck surgery, Ospreay stormed back onto the scene to take revenge against his attackers only for them to save him from another brutal assault on his neck from his former friend, Mark Davis. The Death Riders took him under their wing and rebuilt him, creating a much more aggressive Will - one who's not afraid to pull the trigger - at the cost of friendships along the way. Since forming this alliance, Ospreay has gone undefeated in singles matchups including sweeping through the Owen Hart Cup to earn this title shot at All In but it wasn't before long that Ospreay's kind nature drove a wedge in their relationship as he defended Kenny Omega from ambush and refused to deal a lethal blow to his long time rival and friend. Will wants to do it his way, have a fair match with Kenny to finally prove between them who is the best, and to fulfil his childhood dream of winning at Wembley Stadium but Kenny has friends, Ospreay has a lot of circling enemies, and can he still pull the trigger?
